The very exquisite Bar 1842 is the gastronomic heart of the SCHLOSS. It has been honoured as the “Best Cocktail Bar in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern”.
Enjoy regional and international spirits and drinks as well as small snacks. There is also regular live music and changing events.
Wine & Book
The Wine and Book lounge area, stylishly situated amidst wine racks and the library at the heart of the SCHLOSS Hotel, invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
Here you can enjoy a fine wine or another drink of your choice, read a good book or the latest daily newspapers.
Smokers Lounge
The Smokers Lounge with a view of the castle park offers you the comfort and highlights of Bar 1842 with undisturbed smoking enjoyment.

We stock an excellent selection of cigars and are happy to store your own collection professionally.

According to the motto ‘Know where it comes from’, we focus on sustainability in our daily operations. In addition to our own farm, which our guests can experience, we primarily use regional and sustainably grown produce and food in our kitchens. Our kitchen teams process and create a variety of specialities from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
