Efficient, high-performing teams don’t happen by accident. Deploy original and inspirational team building ideas to strengthen team spirit and motivate participants.
No matter whether as part of a canoe rally, team games with experienced coaches or simply planning a scavenger hunt – we are the people to help you to find the right ideas!

Canoe rally.

We head off on adventure paddle tours on the Fleesensee in swift Canadian-style canoes. You don’t just paddle in a straight line, but have to tackle various water challenges along the way, like canoe tugs of war, slaloms, blind canoeing, etc.

Soapbox derbies.

In teams of four to six persons, you build a soapbox car with the help of a detailed plan. Afterwards, the soapbox cars are put through their paces in a race. The overall winner is selected according to the best results for building time, design creativity and best race score.

SCHLOSS park Olympics.

Have fun going round the various stations on the circuit.
They include games like tossing the axe,
building a catapult, Big A or ladder golf.
